Description

Minimum Requirements:

Ajir (Ajeer) Paper – Must possess valid Ajir documentation for legal work compliance.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical installation work, including cable tray systems.

Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field preferred.

Languages: Basic understanding of English or Arabic is an advantage.

Job Purpose:

To carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems and components, with a focus on cable tray installation, wiring, conduit works, and general electrical works in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and maintain cable tray systems (ladder, perforated, trunking, etc.).

Pull, terminate, and route power/control cables through trays and conduits as per drawings.

Read and understand single-line diagrams, layout drawings, and wiring schematics.

Perform installation and connection of lighting systems, power outlets, panels, breakers, and earthing systems.

Conduct continuity, insulation, and voltage drop tests using multimeters and other tools.

Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.

Support commissioning and testing teams during final stages of project execution.

Report any issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.

Skills & Competencies:

Good knowledge of electrical systems, cable tray routing, and conduit installation.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.

Familiarity with installation tools (drill machines, cutters, benders, etc.).

Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces if required.

Teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.

Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
