Description

Aartco Engineering & Construction Company Ltd. is an engineering and construction company undertaking industrial and residential projects. We are looking for a qualified and motivated Saudi Female Accounts & Finance Officer to join our finance team in Al-Khobar.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare timely financial reports
• Manage cash flow, receivables, and debt, and carry out reconciliations and variance analysis
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, and support financial planning and decision-making
• Perform cost accounting for projects and monitor project costs against budgets
• Ensure full VAT and ZATCA compliance, including filings and e-invoicing requirements
• Handle payroll processing and procurement-related financial controls
• Conduct internal reviews and audits, and recommend improvements to financial processes
• Support ERP implementation and system optimization
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, including negotiations and facility management
• Identify financial risks and support project and risk management

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, SOCPA, CMA, or ACCA is an advantage)
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or contracting
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations, including VAT and ZATCA
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities
