Description

We are a leading Saudi company based in Jeddah, specializing in industrial ventilation and dust collector systems for factories, commercial facilities, and mining sectors. We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer (office-based, full-time) to join our team.

The role includes analyzing customer requirements, performing engineering calculations (CFM, Pa, motor sizing), designing and sizing filtration units, preparing CAD drawings and technical proposals, and supporting the sales team with technical expertise.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (MEP, HVAC, industrial machinery, process engineering), preferably below 35 years old, with at least 3 years’ experience in ventilation, air filtration, or related engineering fields. Strong English proficiency is mandatory, Arabic is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate accuracy, discipline, and willingness to develop through specialized training.
