1. Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, cost estimates, and bill of quantities for fit-out projects.
2. Prepare tender documents,accurate cost estimates, contracts, and cost control documentation detailed BOM, BOQ, Rate analysis based on design, drawing, for submission to clients and stakeholders.
3. Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications to determine the quantities of materials required.
