Job Title: Fit-Out Quality Assurance/Quality Control Officer
Location: Riyadh. Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Full-Time (candidate must have a transferable Iqama)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fit-Out Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the high standards of quality and consistency in all of our fit-out projects, ranging from commercial spaces to residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring every project meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations. Candidate must have a transferable Iqama.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with project managers and other construction staff to discuss and resolve quality issues as they arise.
- Perform regular inspections and audits on ongoing projects to ensure all work complies with contractual specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Document findings from inspections and audits and prepare detailed reports on project compliance and quality levels.
- Manage and resolve any quality-related issues, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions are implemented.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality materials and workmanship meet project specifications.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to minimize quality risks.
- Train and guide project teams on quality control standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements and technologies related to construction and fit-out projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a QA/QC role in construction or fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify defects and imperfections in construction works.
- Proficient in using software for quality management and project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and external parties.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.

Working Conditions:
- Job requires frequent visits to construction sites where exposure to physical elements such as dust and noise is common.
- Must be able to navigate construction sites and climb ladders as needed during inspections.
