Qualified Masters in Commerce, Strategic and Visionary Finance professional, Strong leadership and IT/MIS/ERP, Financial Modelling skills - Wide-range of expertise in Operational Finance with assets management skills Pre-opening of hotels, resorts & restaurants, setup finance & operational departments from scratch, financial management, operations & business knowledge, revenue management(SOE and channel managers), IFRS and USALI implementation, feasibility studies & progress monitoring, IRR/NPV analysis.
Well versed in accounting & auditing, preparation of internal controls procedure, SOPs and ensuring implementation, creation & design of multiple reporting & financial models, remained involved in completion of setup for multiple pre-opening properties (as per POP check list, POP Budgets, arranging Working capital requirement’s budget, cashflow requirements & operational budget/projections for 5 years& above) with leading multinational brands in middle-east, people skills, guest engagement, employees engagement, value addition to all stake holders ( Shareholders, customers, employees) .
