Assist customers with B2B hotel and travel bookings through the Back Office.

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide outstanding customer service by resolving issues and offering solutions.
Maintain accurate booking records and follow up with clients when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
