Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pizza Chef with strong expertise in dough preparation, pizza recipes, and menu innovation. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of professional experience in hotels, restaurants, fast food chains, or Italian kitchens. This role is hands-on in culinary execution while also contributing to recipe development, staff training, and standardization across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality pizzas with consistent taste and standards.
• Master all aspects of pizza dough preparation, including fermentation, hydration levels, flour selection, and baking techniques.
• Develop and innovate new pizza recipes, sauces, and toppings in line with customer preferences and market trends.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards in compliance with HACCP and company policies.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff to ensure recipe standardization across multiple branches.
• Provide support across different branches to maintain consistency in pizza operations.
• Assist in developing and expanding menus, including pasta, appetizers, and other kitchen items.
• Coordinate with suppliers for high-quality ingredients, ensuring cost efficiency and availability.
• Monitor kitchen stock related to pizza operations and report requirements to management.

Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in pizza making within hotels, restaurants, fast food chains, or Italian kitchens.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant formal training.
• Age Range: 28–38 years.
• Specialization: Strong expertise in dough preparation, pizza sauces, toppings, and recipe innovation.
• Additional Skills: Ability to handle multi-branch support, staff training, and supplier coordination.
