Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fruits & Frozen Food Supervisor to manage daily operations of the fresh fruits and frozen food section. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring product quality, maintaining proper storage conditions, managing inventory, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the fruits and frozen food department

Ensure freshness, quality, and proper handling of fruits and frozen items

Monitor cold storage temperatures and food safety standards

Manage inventory, stock rotation (FIFO), and minimize wastage

Coordinate receiving, display, and replenishment of products

Train, schedule, and supervise department staff

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with company policies

Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and wastage

Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams when required


Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fruits or Frozen Food Supervisor (minimum 2–5 years preferred)

Strong knowledge of fresh produce and frozen food handling

Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Leadership and team management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Basic computer and inventory management skills

Good communication skills (Arabic/English preferred)
