We are looking for experienced Section Supervisors to join our team in the Food and Non-Food departments. Candidates must have proven experience in a similar supervisory role within a supermarket or hypermarket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of assigned section (Food / Non-Food).
- Maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Ensure products are correctly priced, labeled, and displayed as per merchandising standards.
- Monitor quality, expiry dates (for food items), and overall presentation.
- Implement promotional activities to drive sales.
- Train, guide, and evaluate section staff for optimal performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Prepare sales and stock reports for management.

Requirements:
- Must have previous experience as a Section Supervisor (Food or Non-Food) in a supermarket or hypermarket.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.
- Leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
