Looking for a Food & Beverage Cost Controller to join our team

Job brief:

As a Food & Beverage Cost Controller, key responsibilities rest on strict cost and inventory control to maximize efficiency across F&B operations. A thorough auditing routine is essential —from validating POS system discounts and voids to precise recipe costing and ensuring pricing accuracy. This role requires sharp cost analysis, adherence to budget, and putting in place cost-saving strategies that align with the financial goals. The role demands meticulous attention to detail in conducting both routine and surprise checks to safeguard against wastage and pilferage. Comprehensive financial reporting, both daily and monthly, is also central to the role, providing management with the necessary insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize F&B cost management and profitability.

Educational/Professional Qualifications:

Educational: Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years' Experience in cost control preferred in Food & Beverage Industry.
