🚨 URGENT HIRING – COST ESTIMATOR / ESTIMATION ENGINEER
πŸ“ Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🏒 Industry: Signage Branding Events Exhibitions Interior Fit-Out (Same industry require experience 3 - 5 Years)
Position: Cost Estimator / Estimation Engineer

πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities
β€’ Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, scope of work, and client requirements.
β€’ Prepare detailed costing sheets for exhibitions, events, booths, branding, signage, fabrication, fit-out, and related works.
β€’ Prepare and verify BOQs based on drawings and project requirements.
β€’ Calculate quantities for materials, fabrication, installation, transportation, manpower, equipment, and other project requirements.
β€’ Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, fabricators, and service providers.
β€’ Prepare detaied cost breakdowns for materials, labor, equipment, transportation, installation, and subcontracting.
β€’ Apply appropriate markup, overhead, profit margin, contingency, and other commercial allowances.
β€’ Prepare final quotation and pricing sheets for submission to the Sales/Commercial Team.
β€’ Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Procurement, and Project Teams to clarify project requirements.

πŸ”Ή Technical KnowledgeCandidates should have good knowledge of:
β€’ Digital Printing amp; Graphics
β€’ MDF, Plywood, Acrylic, Aluminum, PVC, and other fabrication materials
β€’ Lighting amp; Electrical Works
β€’ Carpentry amp; Metal Fabrication

πŸŽ“ Qualifications amp; Experience
β€’ Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
β€’ 3–5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:β€’ Estimation amp; Costing
β€’ Events amp; Exhibitions
β€’ Signage amp; Advertising
β€’ Fabrication
β€’ Interior Fit-Out
β€’ Brandingβ€’ Retail Displays
β€’ Digital Printing
β€’ Temporary Structures
