we are looking to hire a qualified:

🔹 Job Title: Tender Pricing Engineer
🔹 Location: [Jeddah]

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals for public and private tenders "Eitmad"

Review project documents and analyze quantities and technical specifications.

Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.

Prepare and accurately price Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Coordinate with technical and financial departments to ensure compliance with tender requirements.

Provide detailed cost estimation reports and analysis.

Follow up on bid approvals and contract awards with relevant authorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing tenders within a construction company.

Proven experience in bid approvals and project submissions.

Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and pricing software.
Solid understanding of government contracts (e.g., FIDIC or local project contract models).

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
