Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Expert with a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in Eastern bakery products. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of traditional Eastern breads and pastries, production processes, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake a wide range of Eastern bakery items (e.g., Arabic breads, flatbreads, samooli, khubz, manakish, etc.).
• Maintain high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
• Ensure proper handling of bakery equipment and ovens.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and ensure timely preparation.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the bakery section.
• Train and guide junior bakery staff as needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Eastern bakery production.
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet daily production targets.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for baking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
