Hiring: Procurement Specialist

Arkan Al-Afdal Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage and optimize our procurement processes for ongoing structure, infrastructure and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, negotiating, and supply chain management within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for materials, equipment, and services required for projects.
• Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and subcontractors based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to understand procurement needs and specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier performance, and contract details.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and KSA regulations.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-8 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Proven experience in managing procurement for large-scale projects.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Knowledge of KSA procurement regulations and market trends.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
