Job Title: Cost Accountant – Bakery Factory

*Job Description:*
We are looking for a Cost Accountant to join our team at the bakery. The accountant will be responsible for calculating product costs from raw materials to finished goods, monitoring production expenses, and preparing cost reports to support management decisions. The role involves analyzing variances, controlling indirect costs, and ensuring accurate reporting of production costs.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Calculate product costs from raw materials to finished goods.
- Monitor and allocate direct and indirect costs (e.g., utilities, labor, materials).
- Track and report waste or spoilage to reflect accurate cost calculations.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Work with Cost Centers and support standard costing or activity-based costing methods.
- Collaborate with production and finance teams to optimize cost efficiency.

*Requirements:*
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial cost accounting, preferably in a food or bakery factory.
- Practical experience with SAP B1 is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
