#Job Summary:
The Production Purchaser is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory of Park inputs and production materials. The role ensures timely and cost-effective procurement to support production schedules while maintaining quality and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement:
>Identify, evaluate, and select vendors for seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals, tools, equipment, and packaging.
>Should be maintain the purchasing Park activities.
>Compare quotes, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders.

2. Inventory & Stock Management:
>Monitor stock levels of critical inputs at the site.
>Coordinate with warehouse staff to track incoming deliveries and usage rates.
>Plan reorders to avoid shortages or excess stock.

3. Supplier & Vendor Coordination:
>Maintain vendor database with up-to-date pricing and performance records.
>Monitor supplier compliance with quality and sustainability standards.

4. Documentation & Reporting:
>Maintain accurate procurement records: PO, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoices, delivery challans.
>Generate regular reports on purchasing trends, costs, and supplier performance.

5. Team Coordination:
>Collaborate with production/Park team to forecast material requirements based on cycles.
>Communicate delays, substitutions, or changes in supply promptly.
