Key Responsibilities
Clerical Support: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications. Manage filing systems and maintain office supplies.
Scheduling: Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings and equipment setup.
Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and edit documents. Ensure that all paperwork is handled appropriately and filed correctly.
Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, providing a welcoming environment. Assist with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
General Office Tasks: Perform errands, maintain office equipment, and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in an office environment or administrative role is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a pleasant demeanor for interacting with clients and colleagues.
