Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Control:
Continuously monitoring equipment and process parameters to maintain optimal operating conditions and ensure safe production.
Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving process or equipment issues, often involving the use of simulation tools and diagnostic techniques.
Process Optimization:
Identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency and reliability, and implementing changes as needed.
Shift Handover:
Ensuring a smooth transition between shifts by providing detailed information about the current state of the process and any ongoing issues.
Technical Support:
Providing expert advice and support to shift supervisors and other engineers on process-related matters.
Planning and Coordination:
Participating in production planning and coordinating activities related to process changes and maintenance.
Safety Compliance:
Ensuring all operations are conducted in accordance with safety rules and procedures, and contributing to a safe working environment.
