We are a Chinese-managed catering company looking for a highly capable individual to be the communication link for our business.
The Role:
We need a dynamic person who can fluently speak and deal with our Chinese managers and staff while simultaneously handling all communication with our English-speaking clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary interpreter and translator for all business communications (verbal and written).
Talk and deal with clients professionally, managing inquiries, bookings, and service details.
Support management with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Strong customer service and organizational skills.
Prior experience in hospitality or a fast-paced environment is a plus.
