We are an engineering company providing integrated services from design to construction, and we are recruiting two Local Business Development Managers.

Job Title:Local Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop local corporate and private clients in Saudi Arabia (mainly in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam), focusing on real estate, hotels, commercial complexes, and high-end residential sectors.

Conduct in-depth market research, collect project information, and build a potential client database.

Attend local real estate and construction exhibitions, chamber of commerce events, and government tender meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Maintain long-term client relationships, conduct regular visits (including majlis social visits), and ensure client satisfaction and project continuity.

Translate client needs into actionable design or construction opportunities, and coordinate with the technical team on proposals and quotations.

Assist the Sales Director in formulating market strategies and annual sales targets, and achieve both personal and team performance goals.

Job Requirements:
Saudi nationality or long-term resident in Saudi Arabia with at least 3 years’ experience in real estate, architecture, construction, or related industries.

Well-connected with a strong local network, familiar with Saudi business culture, social etiquette, and project decision-making processes.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to work in a multicultural environment with Chinese and international teams.

Fluent in Arabic with strong English proficiency; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Target-driven mindset, capable of independently developing markets and achieving sales targets.

Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including client visits during holidays.
