Job Description:
A Network Switchboard Technician installs, configures, and maintains telecommunications and network switchboard systems used in business and industrial environments.


Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure network switchboards and telephone systems

Diagnose and repair connectivity issues

Monitor network performance and resolve communication faults

Update software and firmware on switchboard equipment

Ensure system security and uptime reliability


Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of VoIP, LAN/WAN, and TCP/IP

Understanding of structured cabling and network protocols
