Urgently Required Electrician and Control Technician req from India for Smart Water meter projects.

Candidates must be present in India.

JD:-

Electrical & Control Technician
Smart Water Meters Project and Well & Asset Tracking Project
Reports to: Project Operations Engineer / PMO
Location: Field sites, Eastern Province
Type: Project-based (operations & maintenance)
Purpose
Install, test, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical, control, and instrumentation systems for smart water meters and well/asset tracking systems, ensuring accurate data collection and continuous operation at field sites.
Key Responsibilities
Install and wire electrical and control panels, including PLC/RTU, power supplies, and communications
Install and configure flow meters, pressure and level sensors, and other instruments
Wire and test RS485/Modbus, 4-20mA, and digital I/O connections
Read and implement electrical and control drawings
Diagnose and repair equipment faults on site
Calibrate and test flow, pressure, and level instruments
Ensure proper earthing, protection, and safety
Prepare test reports and final as-built drawings
Coordinate with the mechanical team and project engineer
Assist with preventive maintenance and site inspections
Requirements
Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Control, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in instrumentation, control, and automation
Experience with PLC, RTU, SCADA, or telemetry systems
Hands-on experience with flow meters, pressure/level instruments, and smart meters
Basic knowledge of Modbus (RTU/TCP), RS485, 4-20mA, and digital I/O
Ability to read electrical and control drawings
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in the field as part of a team
Preferred Skills
Experience with water metering systems
Experience with solar power systems for remote sites
Knowledge of HMI and data loggers
Valid driving license
Work Shown in the Images
Fault-finding on control panels and wiring using a multimeter
Installing and testing PLC panels
Installing and configuring electromagnetic flow meters
Setting up RS485/Modbus links between meter and RTU
Installing and calibrating pressure instruments
Installing an RTU/data logger for well tracking
Installing a solar power system for remote sites, including controller and battery
Setting up and monitoring HMI/SCADA and data

Salary 3000 + OT
