Qualifications "Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools

Strong understanding of modular building systems and prefabrication techniques
Experience in international or GCC projects preferred

minimum of 8 years in the field, specializing in system integration and advanced BIM software.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed BIM models for modular architectural projects
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and constructability
Lead BIM coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts using clash detection tools
Prepare architectural documentation, including layouts, elevations, and schedules"

Requirement "Candidate should have valid Iqama ID minimum 3 months 2025
