Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive HR Coordinator / HR Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Location: Khobar Saudi Arabia
Availability: Immediate

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Administration or related field

3–5 years of experience in HR within Saudi Arabia

Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR systems (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem)

Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic

Proficiency in MS Office and other technical skills

Valid Transferable Iqama (mandatory)

Nationality Only: Pakistani, Indian and Filipino

Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment, onboarding & HR administration

Maintain employee records and handle government portal transactions

Ensure legal compliance and support payroll coordination
