Position: Full-Time, Production In-Charge

About Us
Our factory produces high-quality calcium carbonate filler for plastic shopping bag manufacturers. With a dedicated team of eight, we pride ourselves on operational excellence, timely delivery, and strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production processes, from raw material handling to finished-product packaging
- Develop and manage daily/weekly production schedules to meet client orders
- Supervise, train, and motivate production staff
- Coordinate routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
- Implement quality-control checks and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
- Prepare and submit regular production reports and performance analyses

Requirements
- 3–5 years of production supervision experience in manufacturing (plastics/chemicals preferred)
- Proficiency with production scheduling tools and Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,000 (depending on experience)
- Medical Insurance: Coverage for employee
- Performance Bonus: Eligible for annual bonus based on factory performance
