Plenty Food Company is a fast growing Riyadh based F&B group. Our fresh salad bar concept, Plenty SLD's, is expanding across Saudi Arabia, and freshness is at the heart of everything we do. Getting the right amount of the right product to every branch each day is what keeps our food fresh and our waste low.

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, data-minded Demand & Supply Analyst to own how our branches forecast, order, and manage stock. You'll turn branch data into decisions that protect freshness, cut waste, and make sure we never lose a sale to an empty shelf.

What You'll Do

Study and understand the daily demand patterns of each branch
Analyse sales, ordering, and waste data to improve forecasting and reduce waste
Compare projected demand against actual sales, and align ordering to control waste and avoid lost sales
Oversee daily branch ordering to ensure accuracy and alignment with demand
Track branch stock and inventory levels, flagging issues before they affect service
Share insights and recommendations with the operations and supply chain teams

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in a restaurant or F&B operations background (essential)
2+ years' experience in demand planning, inventory control, or data analysis
Excellent Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis); Power BI or similar is a plus
Familiarity with POS or inventory systems
Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to daily deadlines
Good communication skills in English and Arabic
