📢 Urgent Hiring – HVAC Technician (1 Position)

❄️ Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified HVAC Technician to oversee the operation, repair, and preventive maintenance of all air conditioning and refrigeration systems across our facility, including dormitory chillers, AHUs, and centralized cooling systems.

🛠️ Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain chiller units serving male and female staff dormitories.

Perform corrective maintenance, including:

Replacement of defective condenser fan blades and motors.

Leak testing and oxyacetylene brazing for copper piping.

Repair of fan contactor terminals and wiring.

Carry out preventive maintenance, such as:

Replacing condenser fan bearings.

Cleaning contact points of magnetic contactors and coils.

Water spray cleaning of condenser coils.

Tightening and alignment of compressor terminal wiring and blocks.

Oil sampling for acid tests.

Conduct regular cleaning and servicing of AHU components (filters, housing, walls, and flooring).

Replace V-belts and align motors on all AHUs.

Check and adjust bolt tightness and pulley alignment.

Ensure all maintenance activities are properly documented and monthly reports are submitted to the Manager.

Maintain confidentiality and protect staff property and information.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
Education:

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in large hospital or institutional settings.

Strong background in troubleshooting water chillers and centralized A/C systems.

🔧 Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in electrical and electronic control systems.

Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Saudi/international safety standards.

Good communication skills in English (spoken & written).

Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
