Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Dammam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing business relationships, managing a sales team, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves strategizing sales plans, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills.
- Sales Team Management and Leadership skills.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the industrial services sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 8-10 years experience in hydraulic hoses and fitting and Industrial hoses products
- 5-7 years experience in hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic pump & motor services
