– Duties and Responsibilities
1. Supervise On-Site Activities:
Monitor and coordinate daily site operations to ensure construction work progresses according to schedule and design specifications.
2. Technical Support:
Provide technical guidance and resolve any engineering issues on-site, ensuring adherence to structural and architectural plans.
3. Project Planning & Scheduling:
Assist in preparing and updating project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of each phase of work.
4. Quality Control:
Conduct inspections to verify that materials, workmanship, and construction methods meet project standards and client specifications.
5. Material Management:
Ensure the correct materials are delivered and stored properly on-site; check quantities and verify with purchase orders.
6. Safety Compliance:
Enforce health and safety regulations on-site, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure workers follow safety protocols.
7. Coordination with Teams:
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other professionals to coordinate activities smoothly.
8. Reporting:
Maintain daily work reports, progress updates, and documentation of activities for submission to project managers and clients.
9. Drawing & Document Review:
Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and highlight discrepancies or errors before implementation.
10. Problem Solving:
Identify potential issues during construction and implement corrective actions to
