📝 Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated and skilled Electrical Site Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience in the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV plants. The ideal candidate will supervise field work, ensure compliance with approved drawings, coordinate with contractors, and support technical execution for utility-scale and commercial solar projects across the Kingdom.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site installation of solar PV systems, including mounting structures, modules, cabling, inverters, and protection panels.

Monitor electrical works to ensure alignment with design drawings, safety standards, and quality plans.

Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules.

Perform cable routing, termination, and insulation testing.

Ensure proper earthing and surge protection systems are installed and commissioned.

Support testing and commissioning of inverters, protection systems, and grid connections.

Prepare daily site progress reports, update supervisors, and maintain quality control records.

Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies at site.

Identify technical issues and raise RFIs or propose field-level solutions.

📚 Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

2–5 years of site experience in solar PV project installation (Rooftop or Ground-mounted).

Knowledge of DC/AC cabling, inverter installation, and LV/MV connections.

Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, and solar-specific measurement/testing tools.

Strong understanding of NEC, IEC, and SEC installation codes.

Able to read electrical drawings, execute site work independently, and handle troubleshooting.

Good communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Valid Saudi Driving License preferred.

✨ Preferred Attributes:
Exposure to grid-tied solar plants, hybrid systems, or off-grid applications.

Experience working under EPC or subcontractor setup in Saudi Arabia.

Willingness to travel or relocate to remote project locations when required.
