🛠️ Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Surveyor to join our team in Madinah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land and construction site surveys, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring accurate measurement data for infrastructure, building, and civil works.

📋 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys.

Utilize total stations, GPS equipment, levels, and other modern survey instruments.

Review and interpret construction drawings, civil plans, and specifications.

Mark site layout points (excavation lines, foundation levels, elevations, etc.).

Maintain records of survey data, field notes, and project documentation.

Ensure all surveying activities comply with project standards and safety regulations.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers for accurate implementation.

Assist in preparing as-built drawings and coordinate final survey reports.

Verify completed work for compliance with specifications and tolerance levels.

Resolve discrepancies between drawings and actual field conditions.

🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying, or a related field.

7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in civil surveying, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or building projects.

Strong proficiency in using survey instruments: Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, Digital Theodolite, etc.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office.

Good understanding of local codes, standards, and construction practices in Saudi Arabia.

Effective communication and reporting skills in English;Hindi/Urdu,g Arabic is a plus.

✅ Preferred Attributes:
Experience in infrastructure, and utility.

Previous work in Madinah or other KSA projects is highly preferred..
