Work Description :

Handle swimming pool projects from estimation and technical review through execution support. Prepare and review pool BOQs, cost estimates and quotations. Review pool civil construction requirements including excavation, RCC, waterproofing, finishes and related works. Design/review pool MEP systems including circulation piping, pumps, filtration, dosing, heating, lighting, drainage and water features. Review drawings, coordinate with civil/MEP teams, suppliers and subcontractors, and support material selection and technical submissions. KSA project experience is strongly preferred.

Qualification :
B.Tech / B.E. preferred in Civil / Mechanical / MEP Engineering.
or
Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / MEP Engineering with strong swimming pool project experience may be considered.

Experience : 3 to 8 Years of KSA experience

Skills Required :
Swimming pool estimation and BOQ preparation; pool civil works; pool MEP; hydraulic calculations; pumps and filtration systems; piping; waterproofing and finishes; pool equipment selection; AutoCAD; quantity take-off; supplier/subcontractor coordination; project execution knowledge; KSA codes/standards and site experience; strong commercial understanding.
