About the Role:

We are a well-established, reputed company seeking a talented IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth daily operations for all users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS) and standard business applications.
• Manage network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN support.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and security systems.
• Assist in hardware and software upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for warranty and repair issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, support tickets, and resolutions.
• Train and guide users on IT best practices and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity basics and data protection.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
