Job Opportunity: Landscaping Estimator – Facility Management Sector

We are hiring a Landscaping Estimator to support our Facility Management operations in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in estimating landscaping services within FM contracts, including softscape, hardscape, and irrigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for landscaping works in FM projects.
Analyze site requirements, drawings, and client specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
Prepare BOQs and support technical/commercial proposal submissions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or equivalent.
3 to 5 years of experience in landscaping estimation within FM or related sectors.
Proficient in Excel and estimation tools.
Strong knowledge of FM-based landscaping scopes and pricing structures in KSA.
