We are hiring a Project Planning & Field Coordinator to manage and synchronize the dynamic field activities of an active project that includes survey, installation, and maintenance workflows. The candidate will be responsible for daily coordination of 20 site teams, monitoring subcontractors, and updating schedules based on real-time progress, while ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and update the project schedule (Primavera/MS Project/MS Excel) based on daily field inputs.
Coordinate day-to-day work activities of survey, installation, and maintenance teams.
Track subcontractors’ actual progress against planned deliverables and flag delays proactively.
Conduct morning check-ins and evening progress summaries with all site teams.
Update look-ahead schedules based on live progress and site issues.
Liaise with the warehouse, procurement, and logistics for timely dispatch of materials and tools.
Act as the link between technical teams, planning, procurement, and management.
Assist the PM in resource allocation and ensure no teams are idle due to planning gaps
Maintain records of daily reports, risk items, and progress KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:
Indian/Pakistani National with a valid, transferable Iqama.

Minimum 5–6 years of GCC experience in project planning, and coordination.
Strong grasp of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel-based tracking tools.
Field experience handling multiple simultaneous activities and teams.
Proven ability to coordinate between internal teams and subcontractors.
Clear communicator and problem-solver under pressure.
