Job Responsibilities:
ERP Project Management:
Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and vendors.

Oversee customization, integration, testing, and go-live phases.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.) to ensure business requirements are properly translated into system functionalities.

Monitor timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and vendor performance.

Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and training to users.

Ensure proper documentation for all ERP processes and configurations.

IT Infrastructure & Operations:
Supervise daily IT operations including network security, data backups, and system updates.

Manage IT assets, hardware procurement, licensing, and vendor coordination.

Ensure cybersecurity standards and data privacy compliance are maintained.

Oversee support/helpdesk team and resolve critical IT issues.

Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.

Team & Stakeholder Management:
Liaise between management, IT team, ERP vendors, and third-party service providers.

Prepare regular progress reports and highlight risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior IT staff and ERP support team.


Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
(Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.)

Certifications (preferred):

PMP / Prince2 (Project Management)

ERP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant, Oracle ERP Cloud)

ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications are added advantages.

Experience:

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in ERP implementation and IT management.

Hands-on experience with at least one full ERP project lifecycle.

Experience in managing teams and vendor coordination.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, SCM, etc.).

Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Proficiency in system integration, data migration, and user training.

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
