Description

We are a leading name in the residential hotel industry, seeking a Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and fluent in both English and Arabic.

Job Responsibilities:
-Receive and respond to customer calls and inquiries.
-Present and explain our apartments and room options to potential customers.
-Handle sales calls and convert leads into bookings.
-Make reservations using our hotel management system.
-Assist customers virtually during check-in and check-out processes.
-Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:
-Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
-Strong communication and sales skills.
-Basic computer literacy and the ability to use booking systems.
-Good knowledge of OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.
-Prior experience in hotel reservations or hospitality is a plus.
-Must be reliable, organized, and comfortable handling customer queries.

Compensation:
Salary: Based on interview and experience.
Commission: Attractive commission structure on meeting sales targets.
