Requirements:
• 8 to 10 years of experience in blow molding operations.
• Must know how to operate and troubleshoot old model blow molding machines.
• Capable of performing mold changes, machine adjustments, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in plastic production.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
• Operate blow molding machines smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality.
• Perform maintenance and repair of machines when needed.
• Follow production plans and complete daily targets.
