Job Hiring: Factory Baker / Baking Machine Operator (Filipino Nationals Only)

Start Date: Immediate Hiring (Should be transferred immediate)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Factory Baker / Baking Machine Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate large-scale industrial baking equipment
• including industrial mixers, conveyor ovens, divider machines, packaging units, etc.—to maintain high-volume output with consistency.
Follow and adjust large-batch recipes precisely
• Ensuring consistent quality across thousands of units.
Monitor critical baking parameters
• temperature, humidity, baking time—to maintain product standards and troubleshoot deviations.
Package and prepare products for distribution
• Ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Practice inventory control
• Track ingredients and supplies, place orders, manage deliveries
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• In line with Ministry of Health and Company Food safety and Handling protocols.
Support process improvement and coordinate with production supervisors
• To meet schedules and minimize waste.
Perform general production support
• clean and sanitize equipment, set up/break down production lines, record outputs and deviations.
Work collaboratively with the team
• Communicate effectively to maintain flow and solve on-the-line issues.
