Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Building and maintaining relationships with client companies, understanding their needs, and developing recruitment strategies.
Candidate Sourcing:
Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
Screening & Interviewing:
Evaluating resumes, conducting interviews (phone, in-person), and assessing candidates' skills and suitability.
Matching Candidates to Roles:
Matching qualified candidates with suitable job openings based on their skills, experience, and career goals.
Negotiation & Placement:
Facilitating the negotiation of job offers and ensuring a smooth transition for the candidate into the new role.
Consultation:
Providing advice and guidance to both clients and candidates on various aspects of the recruitment process.?
Career Progression:
Trainee Recruitment Consultant:?Entry-level position focused on learning the ropes of recruitment.
Recruitment Consultant:?Handles a portfolio of clients and candidates, managing the full recruitment cycle.
Senior Recruitment Consultant:?More experienced role with increased responsibilities, potentially leading a team.
Recruitment Manager:?Oversees a team of consultants, focusing on strategy and performance.?
Skills Required:
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:?Essential for building relationships with clients and candidates.
Negotiation Skills:?Important for securing new business and negotiating job offers.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:?Required for identifying and resolving recruitment challenges.
Organizational & Time Management Skills:?Necessary for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
