Wash Squad, a leading mobile car wash service, is looking for a smart, friendly, and motivated individual to join our team!
Job Role:
✨ Communicate directly with customers through phone, WhatsApp, and social media
✨ Handle customer queries, take bookings, and follow up with clients
✨ Promote our services through marketing campaigns and social media
✨ Represent Wash Squad in a professional and engaging manner
✨ Provide daily updates and reports to the management team
Requirements:
✅ Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Experience in customer service or marketing is a plus
✅ Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
✅ Must be friendly, energetic, and customer-focused

المتطلبات:

✅ إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة
✅ مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على التعامل مع العملاء
✅ يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في خدمة العملاء أو التسويق
✅ القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحمل ضغوط العمل
✅ شخصية ودودة، نشيطة، وتركز على رضا العميل
