Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser with a passion for fashion and an eye for aesthetics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and attractive visual displays that enhance the customer experience and reflect the Finelook brand identity.

Responsibilities:
Design, plan, and execute in-store displays, mannequins, and window setups according to seasonal themes and marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and presentation.

Monitor and analyze visual merchandising performance and adjust strategies to optimize sales.

Regularly visit store locations to ensure visual standards are maintained.

Stay updated with fashion trends, competitor displays, and industry innovations.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in the fashion retail industry.

Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail display techniques.

Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of style.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Flexibility to travel between store locations as needed.
