Description

We are urgently hiring a skilled IT Technician to provide on-site technical support at one of Saudi Arabia's leading offshore service companies. This is a non-communication IT role focusing on hardware, software, and network support within a project-base environment.

key responsibility:,
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software and OS-related issues
• Basic support for networking (LAN/Wi-Fi/router/switch configuration)
• Provide technical assistance to on-site staff
• Maintain IT inventory and daily operational logs
• Ensure system and data backups are completed requirements.

Diploma or Bachelor's in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in IT support/operations
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
• Able to work independently in a project site environment
• Fluent in English
• Valid Absher Iqama / Chamber
