IT Support Engineer – Residential Compound

We require an experienced IT professional to handle the complete IT infrastructure and technical support of a residential compound.

Key Responsibilities:

- CCTV system installation, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting
- NVR/DVR configuration, recording, storage and camera connectivity
- Network infrastructure, LAN/WAN, switches, routers and Wi-Fi
- Firewall configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting
- Access control and related security systems
- IT equipment, computers, printers and user support
- Network cabling, patch panels and communication racks
- Internet connectivity and network troubleshooting
- IP addressing, VLANs and basic network administration
- Server and data backup support
- Troubleshooting of IT-related issues across residential villas, offices and common areas
- Coordination with external IT vendors and service providers
- Preventive maintenance of IT systems
- IT documentation, asset records and system reports
- Ensure proper cybersecurity and network security practices
