Description

I'm looking for Job As Instrument Technician.....I have 5 Years Hand on Experience in Instrument & control of Different Process industries oil and Gas Petrochemical Fertilizer Onshore Offshore and FMCG• Having good command on installation, maintenance, loop checking,
calibration, over hauling and troubleshooting of following PT, LT, TT, FT,
control valve.
• Perform preventive Maintenance and Replace the Field instruments.
Worked on pressure measuring instrument, pressure gauge (Novafima,
Fantinelli) pressure switchers (Ashcroft sor) pressure transmitters
(Rosemount, Foxboro, Yokogawa Honeywell)
Experienced in Temperature measuring instruments RTD, (Thermo-Electra,
Aplisens) 2, 3, wires duplex PT 100 thermocouple J, K types Temperatures
switch bimetallic thermometer
Worked on level instruments DP transmitter (Rosemount, Endress Hasur)
conductivity capacitance level measurement. Magnetic read switch, float
switch,Displacer type level transmitter GWR transmitter(VEGA) Bubbler air
level measurement Magnetrol
Experiences in glanding and termination of field instruments junction box
marshaling panels and DCS
worked on PID Controllers Bentley Naveda Vibration probes approximates
load cells and installation of fire alarm, smoke & gas detector (Ph Meter,
Proximities, Switches Sensors, Humidity Sensor, Limit Switches)
Hart 475, 375, Trex, Beamex MC6 field communicators
Pressure calibrator, Druck DPI 610, Fluke718 Druck PC6 Gauge, Tele
tester, Dead weight tester M2000-3 Fluke 789
