Description

We are seeking 3 experienced Thermal Insulator Technicians to join our team for industrial projects. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining thermal insulation systems on piping, vessels, tanks, boilers, ducts, and other industrial equipment to ensure energy efficiency, personnel protection, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Install thermal insulation materials on piping, ducts, vessels, tanks, boilers, and industrial equipment.
Measure, cut, shape, and fit insulation materials such as mineral wool, fiberglass, calcium silicate, and ceramic fiber.
Install aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized steel cladding/jacketing to protect insulation systems.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, isometric drawings, and insulation specifications.
Perform surface preparation before insulation installation.
Repair or replace damaged insulation and cladding as required.
Ensure insulation work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Use hand tools, power tools, and insulation fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all HSE procedures.
Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete work within project schedules.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Thermal Insulator Technician in industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, power plant, or construction projects.
Experience in installing thermal insulation and metal cladding for piping and industrial equipment.
Ability to read insulation drawings and technical specifications.
Knowledge of various insulation materials and cladding installation techniques.
Physically fit and able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in challenging industrial environments.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
