KSA is seeking a full-time on-site Electrical Estimator role located in Medina with the following responsibilities and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in tender preparation: material/subcontract packages, inquiries, and market floating.
Review supplier/subcontractor offers and prepare comparative analysis sheets.
Estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
Conduct quantity take-offs and clarify discrepancies in tender documents.
Support commercial and technical submissions and presentations to senior management and clients.
Attend coordination meetings and perform site visits when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
5-10 years of experience in construction estimating.
Strong understanding of building project processes and quantity take-offs.
Familiar with BIM, Revit, and Onscreen Takeoff tools.
Strong budgeting, estimating, and financial analysis capabilities.
