Job Title: Merchandiser

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Merchandiser to support our consumer goods operations across retail outlets and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure stock availability at retail outlets by monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment.
Implement planograms and display guidelines to optimize shelf space and product visibility.
Track sales performance and analyze POS data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Execute promotions and campaigns at the point of sale, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
Conduct regular store visits to audit merchandising compliance, gather market intelligence, and report competitor activity.
Coordinate with distributors, sales teams, and supply chain to ensure product delivery and timely merchandising execution.

Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of retail operations and supply chain coordination.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple retail locations.
