Description

Yaseen Modern Contracting Company (YMCC) is a growing contracting company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an experienced Accountant, expert in Odoo software, to manage our accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance in line with Saudi regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts using Odoo
• Prepare and present all accounts-related reports (financial statements, ledgers, receivable/payable, cost and management reports)
• Prepare quotations and support procurement activities (purchase requests, supplier follow-up, purchase orders, bills)
• Prepare, review and file Saudi VAT and tax returns on time
• Operate Saudi government portals related to accounts and compliance (ZATCA, Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with Saudi government rules, regulations and statutory requirements
• Handle bank reconciliation, payments, petty cash and month-end/year-end closing
• Coordinate with management, auditors and government authorities as required
• Handle yearly auditing
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be a graduate in Accounting, Finance or a related field from a reputed university/college with a good CGPA
• Any professional partly-qualified degree (CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA etc.) will get preference
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo software, with GCC/KSA experience
• Strong knowledge of all accounts-related work, including reports, quotations and procurement
• Basic understanding of Saudi government rules and regulations related to accounts
• Ability to operate Saudi government portals related to accounts
• Good knowledge and practical experience of Saudi VAT and Tax (compulsory)
• Valid Iqama with transferable status (compulsory)
• Must be currently based in Riyadh
• Age: 25 to 35 years
• Good English communication; Arabic is an advantage
• Experience in the contracting/construction industry is a plus
